Truly Simple, Create a Cupcake stamp set and punch is so easy and many possibilities.
I stamped the bottom of cupcake with Chocolate Chip and used the Build a cupcake
punch. Punched the top using Blushing Bride then stamped the confetti with chocolate

Stamp: Create a Cupcake
Paper: Blushing Bride, So Saffron, Whisper White, DSP
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Dimensionals
Punches: Build a Cupcake, 2-3/8" Scallop Circle, 1=3/4" Circle
